These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Blezza salon management software and the blezza.co website. By downloading, installing, or using Blezza, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Blezza" or "Software" refers to the Blezza salon management desktop application
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to Blezza and its operators
• "You," "User" refers to any individual or business using Blezza
• "License" refers to the right to use the Software under a valid subscription

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees:

• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Blezza on the number of machines covered by your subscription plan
• The license is bound to your organization and specific machines via hardware fingerprinting
• You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Software
• Each branch/location requires its own license

3. Free Trial

• Blezza offers a free trial period with full functionality
• No credit card is required for the trial
• After the trial expires, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Software
• Data created during the trial is preserved when upgrading to a paid plan

4. Subscription & Payments

• Blezza is offered on monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscription plans
• Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your region
• Yearly and lifetime plans offer discounts over monthly pricing
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Refund Policy

• Monthly plans: No refunds for the current billing period
• Yearly plans: Pro-rated refund within the first 30 days if unsatisfied
• Lifetime plans: Full refund within 30 days of purchase
• Refund requests must be sent to support@blezza.co

6. Your Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate organization and contact information
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them
• Use the Software only for legitimate salon/beauty business management
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or crack the Software
• Not use the Software for any unlawful purpose
• Maintain regular backups of your local database (backup tools are provided in the Software)

7. Data Ownership

• Your data is yours. All salon business data (clients, bills, staff, inventory) belongs to you
• We do not claim any ownership over your business data
• You can export your data at any time using built-in CSV export features
• Upon subscription cancellation, your local data remains on your machine
• Cloud sync data is deleted within 90 days of cancellation (see Privacy Policy)

8. Software Availability

• Blezza is an offline-first desktop application — it works without internet
• Cloud sync features require an active internet connection
• We aim for 99.9% uptime for cloud sync services but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible

9. Intellectual Property

• Blezza, its code, design, branding, and documentation are our intellectual property
• The "Blezza" name and logo are our trademarks
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Software
• Screenshots of Blezza may be used for review purposes with attribution

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Blezza is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding any claim
• We are not responsible for data loss due to hardware failure, user error, or circumstances beyond our control
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your business data

11. Termination

• You may stop using Blezza at any time by uninstalling the Software
• We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases
• Your local data remains on your machine even after termination

12. Updates

• We may release updates, bug fixes, and new features from time to time
• Updates are provided free of charge during your active subscription
• Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase
• We reserve the right to discontinue features with reasonable notice

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Blezza after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
